Scott Duffy
Scott has written two thriller novels Violent Country and Fangerz. He is currently working on his third, Fangerz: Resurrection, which will complete his Dark Science Trilogy.
His writing has placed in the international First Pages Prize and Paragraph Writers Pitch Wars, he is also a member of the London Writer's Salon and frequent attendee of ThrillerFest in NYC and The Association of Writing & Writers Program. He enjoys engaging with his community of fellow writers through his Substack, Creative Mornings Easy Nights.
Over the years Scott has become accustomed to exercising both the left and right side of his brain. He received his MFA from Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts and worked as a creative producer for many years collaborating with global Fortune 500 clientele. He also served as a Petty Officer in the US Coast Guard in support of the branch’s environmental mission and was the recipient of the Armed Forces Service Medal and the Humanitarian Service Award during Covid.
Scott lives in New York City's East Village and finds inspiration performing community service and talking shop with other creatives.
